Returns
Masa Bakery does not accept any returns, refunds, credit or a replacement order to
the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect
product. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with
the condition of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 2 hours
of receipt.
Cancellations by the customer
We want to inform our customers that all sales made are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except in situations where we, at our sole discretion, determine it to be necessary.
Given that our products are delicate and perishable, we will only consider complaints made within 30 minutes of the delivery being made. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for the way the product is stored or how it may react to such storage after it has been delivered to you.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it enables us to maintain the quality of our products and services. If you have any concerns or questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations by Masa Bakery
Under certain circumstances, Masa Bakery has the right to cancel the order. A full refund will
be processed if the cancellation is done by Masa Bakery.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Masa Bakery and the decision regarding the cancellation.
Order Delays
We do everything we possibly can to make sure your order arrives on your scheduled delivery date. However,
once a package ships, there can be factors outside of our control that may come up.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical
error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners'
employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your
package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a delivery delay two or more days past your scheduled delivery date for an order containing
cake, pie, and/or truffles, please dispose of or refuse delivery, as it will no longer meet our standard of
quality and freshness for your enjoyment.
If your order contains Cookies or Snaps, they will be in great condition to enjoy unless they are three or
more days late.
