Yes, almost most of our products can be made egg-free upon request.

How do I store the products?
Vienoisserie-
You can heat the croissants in the oven at 180* C for around 3 minutes until it's warm. Please do not heat up cream based viennoiserie! Its best to eat it right away or it can be stored in the fridge.
Please do not microwave any croissants as this can ruin their texture.method.

Cakes-
Cakes can be stored in the fridge, the best way to eat the cake is 30 minutes after the cake has been taken out of the fridge.

Cookies-
Gourmet Cookies- Can be stored in the fridge and eaten directly.
Mini- Cookies- Can be stored at room temperature.

Our products are produced in facility where peanuts and tree nuts are present.

Price Change
Please be advised that as of January 14th, 2023, price changes will take effect across our menu offerings. The increases reflect the ongoing pandemic and supply chain constraints-from ingredient, packaging and transportation costs, to operating stores and more. We are working hard to ensure that the treats you get remain of the utmost quality, while absorbing as much rising costs as we can.

We deliver all over Mumbai.
What are the order preparation and delivery lead times?
Orders placed before 6 pm are shipped the next day.

What are your delivery times?
Deliveries are between 9 am to 7 pm
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, we have a minimum order value of INR 500.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes, there is an extra delivery charge depending on the delivery location.
Is it possible to change my order?
Your order can be changed anytime before 4 pm on the day before the delivery.
Can I change my order date?
Please call us before 4 pm on the day before delivery to change the order date.
Can I pick up my online purchase from your kitchen instead of paying the delivery fee?Ā

Can I change my order address?
We levy an additional charge of INR 150 for a change in the address, if not mentioned before 4 pm on the day before the order.
Are all the items available for delivery?
All of our permanent collection items are available for delivery.
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are made only on the date specified in your order. Our available dates are listed on the website.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, for the safety of our patrons we do not accept cash on delivery.
Can someone else accept my order?
Please make sure that there is a point of contact available to receive the order. If the order is delivered to someone other than the point of contact, Masa Bakery is not responsible for any damage caused.

Refunds

Returns
Masa Bakery does not accept any returns, refunds, credit or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 2 hours of receipt.
Cancellations by the customer
We want to inform our customers that all sales made are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except in situations where we, at our sole discretion, determine it to be necessary. Given that our products are delicate and perishable, we will only consider complaints made within 30 minutes of the delivery being made. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for the way the product is stored or how it may react to such storage after it has been delivered to you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it enables us to maintain the quality of our products and services. If you have any concerns or questions about our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I request a cancellation?

Cancellations by Masa Bakery
Under certain circumstances, Masa Bakery has the right to cancel the order. A full refund will be processed if the cancellation is done by Masa Bakery.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Masa Bakery and the decision regarding the cancellation.
Order Delays
We do everything we possibly can to make sure your order arrives on your scheduled delivery date. However, once a package ships, there can be factors outside of our control that may come up.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances.

In the event of a delivery delay two or more days past your scheduled delivery date for an order containing cake, pie, and/or truffles, please dispose of or refuse delivery, as it will no longer meet our standard of quality and freshness for your enjoyment.

If your order contains Cookies or Snaps, they will be in great condition to enjoy unless they are three or more days late.
